Paul's Arrest and Trial, Tuesday, December 11, 2012

Today's reading is Acts 21:17-13:35.  Paul's assertion that he was directed by revelation from Jesus to take the Gospel to the Gentiles, caused a furious reaction among the Jews.  His assertion of his Roman citizenship to his captors, however, got him an expense-paid trip to Rome.  Interesting how misguided we humans are in our reactions.
