Hezekiah Trusted in the Lord, Monday, July 2, 2012

Today's reading is selected verses in chapters 21, 23, and 34 of Isaiah; II Kings 16 and 18; and II Chronicles 28, 29.  Ahaz is corrupt in all his worship.  He sacrifices to the gods of Aram.  When he dies, his son Hezekiah begins his 29-year reign at the age of 25.  He begins by breaking the bronze snake.
