Today's reading is John 7:2-8:11. It is fascinating the mixed reception Jesus gets from those who see and hear and him. Even his own brothers did not believe in him. They actually taunt him! He gives the answer for the variety of responses: ". . .the world hates me because I testify that what it does is evil." Not a popular stand.
